Biggio Center Summer Course (Re)Design, 2015 & 2016
Last year I participated in the first Biggio Center Summer Course (Re)Design Seminar. This year I was invited back to serve as a facilitator. I led an interdisciplinary group of faculty from Nursing, Chemistry, Spanish, Business, and Geosciences. Together we implemented Fink's Backward Design to a range of undergrad & graduate courses, participated in micro-teaching sessions, and conducted Syllabus evaluations using the UVA Teaching Resource Center Rubric. |
